Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from lumoral.store, operated by Lumoral. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders for stock, pricing error or fraud reasons and will refund in full if so. Prices are in EUR and include VAT.

Products

Lumoral products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Follow the directions on the packaging and on the How to Use page. Age and pregnancy guidance is on the Ingredients & Safety page.

Delivery, returns and refunds

As set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Discount codes

One code per order. LUMORAL10 is valid once per customer on a first order and cannot be combined with other codes. We may withdraw codes at any time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under EU law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Law

EU consumer law applies. EU consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
