Shipping
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day ship the same day from our EU warehouse. You will get a tracking link by email when it leaves and another when it is out for delivery.

All bundles ship free regardless of order value. Prices include VAT. We do not currently ship outside the EU.
Returns
Unopened products
Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email hello@lumoral.store with your order number; we send a prepaid label; you drop the parcel at any pick-up point. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.
Opened products: the 30-day guarantee
Use any product for up to 30 days. If it is not for you, email us and tell us why. We refund it in full and you do not need to send anything back. One guarantee claim per product per customer.
Faulty or damaged items
Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it immediately. The Sonic Toothbrush handle carries a two-year warranty against defects; heads and accessories are consumables and are covered for 30 days.
Exchanges
We do not run exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order; it is faster for you and easier for us.
Your statutory rights under EU consumer law are not affected by any of the above.
