Refund Policy

Every Lumoral product is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Use it for up to 30 days from delivery; if you are not happy, email hello@lumoral.store with your order number and a sentence on why, and we refund the product in full. You do not need to return opened products. One guarantee claim per product per customer.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund; we provide a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt or, for guarantee claims, within 5 working days of your email.

Faulty or damaged items are replaced on receipt of a photo within 14 days. The Sonic Toothbrush handle carries a 2-year warranty. Your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including the 14-day right of withdrawal, are unaffected.
