Ordering and shipping
How long does delivery take?
We ship from our EU warehouse within one working day. Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania: 1 to 2 working days. Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark: 2 to 4 working days. Rest of the EU: 3 to 6 working days. You get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves.
Is shipping free?
Yes on every EU order over €45, and on every bundle regardless of value. Under €45 it is a flat €4.90.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Not yet. We are working on the UK, Switzerland and Norway. Leave your email on the contact page and we will tell you when it opens.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not shipped, yes. Reply to your order confirmation email as soon as you can. Once it has left the warehouse, use the returns process instead.
Returns and the guarantee
What is the 30-day guarantee?
Use any product for up to 30 days. If you are not happy, tell us why and we refund it. No return shipping, no forms, no arguing. We ask for feedback because it makes the products better; we do not use it to decide whether to refund you.
How do returns work for unopened items?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Email us, we send a label, you drop it at any parcel point. Refunds land within 5 working days of the parcel arriving back.
The Sonic Toothbrush has a fault. What now?
The handle has a two-year warranty. Send us a short description and a photo or video and we will ship a replacement before you send the old one back.
Whitening
How fast will I see results?
Colour-Correct Serum and Violet Toothpaste: immediately, for a few hours. Whitening Strips: most people notice a change after 5 to 7 days and reach the full result at 14. LED Whitening Kit: usually after 3 sessions, full result at 6. Everything we make lifts extrinsic stains from coffee, tea, wine and tobacco; it will not change the natural colour of your teeth or whiten crowns, veneers or fillings.
Will it make my teeth sensitive?
It should not. Every whitening product uses PAP instead of peroxide, and the strips, pen and gel pods carry hydroxyapatite and potassium citrate to condition the surface as they work. If you already have sensitive teeth, start with the Enamel Care Duo for a week before your first course.
Can I use whitening products every day?
Serum, Violet Toothpaste, mouthwash and wipes: yes, daily. Strips and the LED Kit: one course at a time, then a break of at least four weeks. Pro Strips: no more than one course per month.
Are your products safe during pregnancy?
Our toothpastes, mouthwash and enamel products contain nothing that is a concern during pregnancy. For whitening strips, the pen and the LED Kit, we suggest waiting; not because of a known risk, but because there is little research either way and there is no hurry.

Do your toothpastes contain fluoride?
Yes. Everyday Whitening, Violet and Sensitive have 1450 ppm sodium fluoride. Junior has 1000 ppm. The mouthwash has 225 ppm. Enamel Shield and Pro Comfort Gel are fluoride-free, because they use hydroxyapatite instead.
Are the products vegan?
All of them. No animal-derived ingredients and no animal testing at any stage. The floss uses a plant wax.
Which Sonic Toothbrush mode should I use?
Clean for everyday. White pairs a slightly higher frequency with the polishing action of our toothpaste. Gentle for sensitive gums or the first week of switching from a manual brush.
Do other brands' heads fit the Sonic Toothbrush?
No. The head mount is our own design, so only Lumoral Replacement Heads fit. They are colour-matched to every handle and come in packs of 2, 4 and 8.
How do I know when to change a brush head?
Every three months, or when the blue tint in the centre bristles has faded to white. Sooner if the bristles are splayed.
